Installation & Assumption of Risk P1Labs, LLC designs products specifically for automotive and sim-racing environments. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that automotive modifications carry inherent risks of damage to your vehicle or personal injury if installed incorrectly. We strongly recommend professional installation if you are not experienced with automotive disassembly or assembly. P1Labs, LLC is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, hardware, or person resulting from improper installation or use.

Safe Usage & Driver Responsibility For our interior automotive products (such as phone mounts): It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that any device or mount is positioned so that it does not obstruct the driver’s view or interfere with the operation of vehicle safety systems (like airbags). Your full attention must remain on the road at all times. P1Labs, LLC is not liable for any accidents, fines, or damages resulting from distracted driving or the misuse of our products.

Release of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, by purchasing and using P1Labs, LLC products, you agree to release, waive, and discharge P1Labs, LLC from any and all claims of liability for property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising out of the use or installation of our products.
